One of the Nigeria president ministerial nominees, Dele Alake has been asked to recite the second stanza of Nigeria National Anthem by the minority leader of the Senate, Sen. Simon Davou Mwadkwon.
However, the Senate majority leader, Sen. Opeyemi Bamidele raised a point of order and asked the house not to allow the nominee to answer the question because none of the other nominees were asked such question.
The request of the majority leader was granted by the senate president, Sen. Godswill Akpabio and asked the senators from Ekiti state to say something.
He later asked to take a bow and leave by the senators.
