The Obident youths in Ogun State have asked the state government to release the reports submitted by the panel of enquiry on EndSARS.
They stated this on Thursday in Abeokuta during a memorial rally to honour those that were died during the October 2020 ENDSARS protests at the Lekki Tollgate and other areas across the Country.
You will recalled that, on the 20th October, 2020 the alleged incident at the Lekki Tollgate in Lagos, when the #EndSARS demonstration culminated in the alleged killing of some protesters by the Nigerian Army,
Speaking during the second Anniversary, the CO-convener of OBIDIENT YOUTH in Ogun State, Mr. Ayobamigbe Faloye said that the government of Ogun State led by Prince Dapo Abiodun has not released the reports for the public to access the reports of the committee of panel of enquiry on EndSARS in Ogun State.
He added that compensation have not been paid to people that were brutalized , harassed and mal handled by the securities operatives across the State.
According to him “the government should begin to do as they have promised. We did not force them to form the panels of enquiry, people came out shared evidences and fact and of course the panel of enquiry as also given his reports, but why the government holding on to it; indeed we are concern and this is again part of our demand today.
“The government of Ogun State should implement release for the publishing the report of the panel of enquiry and also give a closure to the heart that are breathing and of course people that were harass and tormented by the security operatives in the state.”
Earlier, the Vice Coordinator of Peter Obi volunteer Network and a member of Gateway Coalition for Peter Obi, Comrade Olayemi Bolutife said ” out of all the leadership that have come on board to lead this country , we have found a commendable leader which is Peter Obi and that is one of the reasons why we are here, using this opportunity to preach Peter Obi to all our fellow Nigerians.

“Obidient Youths are youths that are ready to take over the leadership of this Country. We are going to Exactly two years after the alleged incident at the Lekki Tollgate in Lagos, when the #EndSARS demonstration culminated in the alleged killing of some protesters by the Nigerian Army, narrative in 2023″ he affirmed.
