The Olu of Orile Ilawo in Odeda Local government area of Ogun state, Oba Prof. Alexander Olusegun MacGregor has enjoined Nigerians to be patience with the Nigeria President, Bola Tinubu and boasted that he understand the country’s challenges.
Olu of Orile Ilawo stated this while addressing the Newsmen on Friday at Iwe-Iroyin, Okelewo, Abeokuta the state capital.
He opined that, the Nigeria is not easy to rule and president Tinubu is the one who is in the best position to take Nigeria to the promise Land, adding that President Tinubu is surrounded by people who are very talented and capable to hold position.
He urged President Tinubu not to forget all his promises to Nigerians during his campaign.
He however, prayed to God to give president Tinubu a sound health and ability to handle the challenges Nigeria is facing and to be able to fulfill his promises.
“Nigeria is a very difficult country to govern. There is no one better than Bola Ahmed Tinubu that understand challenges and has ability to rally the people around him to bring the solution to the challenges,” he opined.
“He should not forget the promises because he came to Abeokuta to say ‘Emilokan’ and now ‘Awalokan’ to ask him. I truly believe he would fulfil his promises. He has many people around him, he has many ability to see talents. He is a person who knows how to scout for talents. Nigerians have to be patient and support him with prayers. There will be difficult time but a good time is ahead of us”.
“My prayer for Tinubu is that may God grant him good health, a fortitude to bear the challenges of Nigeria, may God grant him all the promises he made to the people of Nigeria”.
