TextPad is a powerful universal editor for simple text files. Easy to use, with all the features an advanced user needs.

The 64-bit release corrupted substitution statements in macros when saving them.
When all occurrences of a search pattern bound to the beginning of a word or string have not been replaced by anything, the replacement continues as long as the search pattern can be found.
Drag the shortcut to open the .lnk file.
Search the files to see if the last matching line was completed when the result was recorded.
When the “Find in files” regex was matched across line boundaries, the line counter would sometimes fall out of tactical mode, depending on the text that was matched.
If the cursor was not bounded by text and the last line of the selected block of text was empty, the block could not be deleted.
When the cursor was not bounded by text, the text inserted after the current end of the line was inserted at the beginning of the next line.
Bookmarks in binary views were not properly refreshed when loading a workspace created with TextPad.
Sorting problems when the last line was incomplete:
– Number of deleted duplicate lines reduced by 1;
– The current row was not updated after cancellation;
– Cancel the left last end-of-line character
