In it efforts to put smile on the faces of it clients in this Yuletide period, the foremost real estate in Nigeria, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited has postponed the Increment of Price of Lands in it Estates earlier announced to commence in December 5th, 2023.
The CEO of the firm, Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, made this known on Tuesday in a statement made available to the newsmen in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
You will recall that in October this year, the firm earlier announced that Pelican Greenish Acres, Egbeda which is currently selling at the rate of N5M will increase to N6M, Pelican Valley, Laderin which is currently selling at the rate of 40K will increase to 50K and Pelican Brief, Kobape which is currently selling at the rate of N5M will increase to N7.5M.
Adeyemo revealed that, the decision was made by the management of the firm to grant the requests of the clients, saying that it has extended to January 2nd, 2024.
He however, called on investors to use the opportunity of postponment to key into any of the plans of the firm before the price will rise.
